Covering a dark tattoo like the one on the left is no easy task. The use of black shading and purple highlights helped to cover up a very dark tattoo that would have been nearly impossible to cover any other way. The stars were covered up with black and red fire/lava design that really emphasizes this tattoo’s very dark theme.
